hey kids how’s it goin
i’ve had this sense of tranquility all week and it’s been kind of weird but also nice because finally i’m at peace with myself and with everything else.
an article i wrote for the recorder is going to be published in a local magazine :-) not only that, but i might have an internship with the same magazine for the summer. this is a really exciting prospect especially because i called every local publication i know of about internship opportunities, but this is the only one that seems promising right now. the magazine is pretty much marketed towards old rich conservative white people, which isn’t necessarily the kind of publication i would like to work for someday, but i’m not about to turn down an opportunity to gain experience in a news room just for that reason!!
in other news i have impending “plans” with a cute girl (maybe)
the next month is going to be so busy omg
